Shoe sizing: I suspected (from the pictures) that the Boss Olivia pumps had an even pointier toe-box than the Boss Eddie’s that I bought earlier, so I went up half a size, buying the EU 42 (as opposed to my regular 41.5 that I got the Eddie’s in). This observation was correct. The toe-box are quite pointy and the half-size up, helped it fit so much more comfortably.
Quality: I felt the Boss Olivia pumps looked more sturdy (of course it’s in smooth cow leather as opposed to the Suede Goat leather of the other one). It is leather all around ( outer, inner and sole). The leather lining is so soft and makes wearing it comfortable for first wear. However, I did notice a small folding at the back on one of pumps, but I love every other thing that I think it is not a deal breaker. Also, I got them for a ridiculously unbelievable price, that offsets too 😊.
Heel: They are 7cm in height and provides good balance. The heels aren’t pencil stilettos so that definitely adds and yet they are still fashionable (for my flat feet, I am always looking for comfort in my pumps).
Colour: I was wondering how the two-tone colour would look in reality. They are actually better than I thought. I wanted them as black pumps though and I think they serve the purpose without the colour of the back compromising.
I also like the shape of the pumps, something new for me and I don’t own anything like it too.
The only issue I saw with these pumps, is the leather wrinkle behind one of the pumps, but like I said, in comparison to every other thing about the pumps, they are worth over looking to me. 😊
