This is my third Baggallini and I LOVE every bag. My only gripe with the design on this one is that I wish the bottom of the bag is expandable to be larger than the top, instead of the envelope design. When it is full it is tricky to zip. If there was a a little extra room at the bottom it would also hang better against the body. Other than that...it is fabulous! The charcoal gray color is beautiful.

I have taken a couple international trips due to business and vacation travel and adoption. Every time I visited a country this bag was suggested to me as THE travel bag to have and deter pickpocketing and theft. Every time I researched the bags, agreed that they sounded magical, but choked on the price and could not justify the cost. Recently friends of mine traveled to Rome and both he and she were robbed . . . losing all their documents and money. The individual in their group that actually had a baggallini bag was the only one that didn't suffer a loss. So that's a long way around saying that I jumped at the chance to review this when I could. This bag is high quality, with thick material and real metal clips. The fabric feels like a high end raincoat and does give water protection without feeling like plastic. According to the listing it is cut resistant, although I didn't test that and I was not wanting to ruin my purse. The strap is thick and sturdy and also cut resistant, it is a bit stiff but I expect will soften up with some use. The zippers are plastic with metal pulls and work smoothly without catching. All zipper pulls have anti-theft properties. Organization is well thought out and complete. The back has one large pocket that is held closed with a magnet, so that section is not considered antitheft/antipickpocket. But it is a convenient spot to put the things that you don't care if you lose and want to grab quickly like hand lotion or chapstick. The magnet is strong enough to hold the pocket closed but not so strong that you can't open it with one hand. The center section has a zipper that clips to a metal D ring on the side of the bag. This large main section has a large zipped pocket with a metal grommet to the outside of your purse so you can use it for earphones or charging cables. There is also a pen slot, an open pocket to hold a small notebook, and 5 credit card slots. This is advertised as being RFID (RID blocking technology). That seems to be a big thing recently but the honest fact is every time my credit card information has been stolen it has been from a store or business, not from my pocket, so I am not sure if this is really helpful but I guess you can never be too safe. The front of the bag has two additional zipper pockets. One attaches with a metal clip like the main zipper section, the other has a fabric loop that the pull of the zipper slides through. The size of this bag is perfect for me if I am taking my whole family. I can fit sunglasses and lipstick, hand lotion, wipes, and anything else I need to bring without feeling too big or unwieldy. It gives me a sense of security and protection, allowing me to enjoy my trip.
I like many things about this bag. It looks sleek and elegant, yet the fabric holds up to anything from Midwestern winter yuck to a potential thief trying to cut through your strap to steal your purse. The RFID protection and locking zippers are a real security plus, too. There are multiple pockets to keep yourself organized and four card slots and interior pockets. The strap is easy to adjust, and it is comfortable to wear. My only problem is that it is a bit too small for me. It's not a tiny bag, but it is a narrow one. A wallet or a hairbrush or anything that isn't flat just doesn't fit very well. It also has the same issue rectangular bags tend to have -- you end up with some things on the bottom below everything else, and when you need them you have to unpack whatever is on top first. Those who can travel lighter than I can will not have these issues, of course, and may well have found their perfect bag.
