2,0 von 5 SternenGantry screws are reversed and prevent full range of motion

First the positives:
- product arrived in time
- easy to put in place
- ...looks pretty?
Negatives:
- BL/CR touch connection won't fit on a seperated 3+2 plug as it's a single 5-pin plug - easy to remedy when putting the leads in the 2 unused plugs that are on the wires, just takes a bit of fiddling
- hotend cooling fan (3010 blower) is really noisy, but sort of to be expected
- connectors used are an uncommon format
- Pretty expensive for what it is.
Now for the major issue: the gantry that comes with the upgrade set has the screws and bolts reversed, compared to the original (Ender 3 Pro as reference).
This means that there are now bolts and nuts sticking out at the backside... Which limit the range of motion on the arm. Every time the BL touch wants to make its pattern, it slams in the bracket on the right, which results in the wheels being pushed out of alignment, and a terrible screeching noise during prints.
To be clear, this is still in the intended range of motion. I can resolve this by reducing the bedsize in the firmware, but I don't think reducing your bedsize by ~20% is an acceptable solution.
Turning the screws around isn't an option, as the backplate is in the way - there's a reason why the screws have been turned around.
I'm currently in contact with the Creality Customer Service and they seem utterly oblivious. I can't believe they don't have a fix for this yet.
This is the last Creality product I'll have bought, and I'll no longer advise their products for people interested in starting with 3D printing.
